What We Use All Donations For
Donations help us in many ways such as:
Added Money Towards The Pro & Am Payouts / Added Raffle Items / Additional Player-Pack Items
100% of all donations goes directly to the players! All other expenses are covered by us! Meaning any added cost, fees, labor, beverages, and so much more is covered out of pocket to give all players a smooth, fun-filled, and prize-packed event. Each and Every. Single. Time. We strive to ensure payouts are high, prizes are big, and the playerpacks are unlike no other!!

Becoming a Primary Event Sponsor
Northern Bear Disc Golf strives in advertising other businesses and the best way to get your company advertised throughout an event is to become a primary event sposnor. We do want to acknowledge and hope you understand that this is a big commitment and we hope you don't tread lightly when deciding to become a primary event sponsor for one our events.
Benefits
-Your business name in the title of the event after one of your choosing: "sponsored by; / presented by; / powered by;"
-Two custom signs that are strategically placed in front of Hole #1's teepad(s) guaranteed!
-A shout out during the players meeting as well as right before payouts and the raffle.
-Your business logo and name towards the top of our "Supporters & Sponsors" page on our website.
-A chance to have your signs used to fill holes that may not have been sponsored throughout other events!
-You business name and logo is mentioned in our digital caddy book!
Our custom made signs have the dimensions of; 5"H x 18"L so they're easy to see in front of the teepad. We want to advertise your business as much as possible to insure you get the best for your buck!
Requirements
Northern Bear Disc Golf expects primary event sponsors to participate in at least two of the following:
-Player pack items for the amateur divisions.
-Providing a couple high prized items in the event raffle "Basket, Bag, Cart, eso."
-Providing added cash to the pro-purse.
Northern Bear Disc Golf understands and offers negotiations throughout the primary event sponsorship process. Most importantly, we'll do our best to support you to the highest standard as long as we're given the same in return. At the end of the day, we simply cannot do what we do without you and we greatly appreciate your support, donations, and your willingness to work with us!
Becoming a Hole Sponsor
Northern Bear Disc Golf is constantly looking for hole sponsors, and we appreciate each and every single one of them! We do our best to show our appreciation by placing two bright, clear, and simple signs right in front of the teepad(s) of your designated hole!
We try to make our events worth coming too above all others. Frankly, we can only do so much without the generous donations from companies and organizations just like yours! By donating cash and raffle items, our players walk away with either cash, or various discs and other items that they'll use for years to come! Not only does it help us, it helps you! Afterall, what you donate ends up in their hands! It's a great way to advertise your business and market your products and the price? As simple as giving away a few items and a little cash to bring smiles from all the wonderful disc golfers right here in beautiful Minnesota!

Pricing
Our hole sponsor pricing is pretty simple and to some is almost unbelievable! We only ask $50 per event. This includes all the benefits listed above, we also encourage a few items towards the raffle per event. Afterall, we want to give you the best advertising of your business towards our players, caddies, and spectators alike! Either way, we appreciate any size of support that gives our players the best experience at all of our events and for that, thank you.
Becoming a Raffle Donator
Northern Bear Disc Golf is well known for our raffles and we strive to provide a raffle throughout each of our events and have continued to do so since we've started! We couldn't do it without generous companies & donators such as yourself and continue to do so strictly because of you and other companies & organizations alike. Our raffles involve all participants by giving each player x1 ticket just for registering! This way, everyone who competes in our events already have a chance at winning something.
We also take pictures of all raffle winners and post them to our website & facebook page to further gain advertisement of your business and products while also providing proof to you that your donation went towards a good cause. Afterall, we want you to be comfortable when making the decision of donating again in the future and to hopefully see an increase of sales in your business. As we say, we simply could not do it without you and for that, Northern Bear and our players thank each and every one of you.

Requirements
Becoming a raffle donator is pretty simple, a minimum item value of $25 collectively. Meaning if you're donating an item sold at msrp for $5, we'd like a minimum of x5 of that item to value the collective total of at least 25. If you're donating multiple items, please do your best to sort out a variety of either color, weight, and/or design to insure the best advertisement towards your business. If you're donating for multiple events, we do ask you to try to donate a similar value towards each event so we can evenly spread it out throughout the events you're trying to be apart of! We understand this may not always be possible and if so, we'll happily work with you on choosing which event you might like specific items given away.
Once you've gotten your stuff picked out, We'll send you address to send your items to us and we'll get to work for you from there! You'll be responsible for all shipping costs and expenses. Thank you! We look forward to working with you.
